Price Quotes: All U.S. orders must be placed through our online store before shipping. If you require a written price quote, create your order and go to checkout. Select pay with check or purchase order and complete your order. You will receive an email confirmation of your order, which you can use to obtain your purchase order.

International Orders: For our customers outside the U.S., you can now find Level 1 of DISE available as a print-on-demand option through your local Amazon site. Just search “Direct Instruction Spoken English.” Level 2 will be available early 2026. If you still wish to order directly through EAP, please fill out this International Order Request Form so that we can get back to you with shipping options and prices. Digital orders can be placed through the online store.
