The products below are all available for purchase. We accept purchase orders, checks, credit cards, and PayPal for payment. Just click on the item(s) you want to purchase and select the quantity you desire.

Price Quotes: All U.S. orders must be placed through our online store before shipping. If you require a written price quote, create your order and go to checkout. Select pay with check or purchase order and complete your order. You will receive an email confirmation of your order, which you can use to obtain your purchase order.

International Orders: For print orders being shipped outside the U.S., please fill out this International Order Request Form so that we can get back to you with shipping options and prices. Digital orders can be placed through the online store.

BEFORE ORDERING make sure to administer the DISE placement tests for each student individually.  Access the placement tests on the Resources page.

For all purchases through Educational Achievement Publishing, customers will receive a credit of 10% of the purchase price toward training or support. EAP wants to ensure that all teachers can deliver the DISE program effectively to all of their students. See our About page for more information on the 10% credit for purchases through EAP.
